How to Grant Login Access to your Salesforce org

Follow these steps to Access ‘Grant Login Access’ within your org’s Setup for Salesforce:

   

• Log into your Salesforce and in the upper right-click on your image (or avatar) and then on “Settings”


• Over on the left, in the small search box type in “Grant” and click below on “Grant Account Login Access”

• Log into your Salesforce and in the upper right-click on “My Settings” (or on your name and then on “My Settings”)


• Over on the left, in the small search box type in “Grant” and click below on “Grant Login Access”

Step 2 – Set the ‘Access Duration’ for ‘HIC Support’.(minimum 3 days)

Step 3 –  Click “Save”
