If you wish to pause or turn off the Shopify Salesforce sync, You can delete the connected app from Shopify that you created during configuration time.
Here are the steps to delete the connected app.
1. From your Shopify admin, Click Settings
2. Go to Apps and sales channels.
3. Select the app you wish to delete and click Uninstall.
4. In the message that appears, click Uninstall.
