To resolve the error and successfully install the package, ensure Chatter has been enabled in your Salesforce org.

Here are the steps to enable Chatter in your Salesforce org

  • Go to Setup
  • Search for Chatter Settings in the Quickfind box
  • Click on Chatter Settings
  • Select the “Enable” checkbox.
  • Save the changes.

You should now be able to install the Shopify Made Easy app in your org.
