Earlier, whenever someone installed the previous version of the package, the site used to hit the previous-to-previous package. (Update came from Salesforce).

Resolved

Upgraded the site URL from Salesforce and fixed the issue in our new Package (1.295) which is now available in AppExchange

The October Release of Shopify Made Easy has major bug fixes related to Order & Opportunity in Shopify and Salesforce, aimed at keeping the platform’s performance optimum and seamless.

Bug Fixes

Deleting the order in Shopify deleted both Order and Opportunity

Known Issues

when the order is off in the object set up and the stage is selected in Field mapping in the app

This has been fixed in the new version and now only Opportunity gets deleted.

When an order is deleted in Shopify, both the order and the associated opportunity are deleted, even if the toggle button for the opportunity was disabled in the app.

Resolved

Now, only the Order gets deleted, keeping the Opportunity intact.

Known Issues

Orders without a customer weren't created, but no error message appeared.

Resolved

An error message for Orders shows up when creating orders without a customer.

Known Issues

Creating a customer in Salesforce only with email, led to Account & Contact not being created and displaying an error.

Resolved

This has been fixed and Account and Contact without name or company information are created in REQ123456789 format.

Known Issues

Real-time sync updates were affecting Orders and opportunities when toggling or disabling orders.

Resolved

Toggling or disabling orders from Real-time sync no longer updates the Order and Opportunity.
